Julie Hogan Tolbert

Julie Hogan Tolbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communication and youth enrichment. As the owner of Culturally Speaking since November 2013, Julie has been dedicated to providing training that enhances critical skills in multicultural environments. In parallel, Julie serves as a Child Enrichment Specialist at Santa Maria Community Services, Inc., and supports youth programs at the International Welcome Center. Additionally, Julie contributes as a Reading Teacher Assistant with the League of United Latin American Citizens, focusing on improving literacy among ESL students. Julie's career began in hospitality as a Front Desk Receptionist at Hotel Mayaland. Julie holds a Master's degree in Science of Management from Strayer University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Cincinnati.
