Helen Archontou

Helen Archontou, MSW, LSW is a Chief Executive Officer at YWCA Northern New Jersey, providing leadership and governance for a multi-service non-profit organization. Helen is also a National Speaker, Educator & Activist, with expertise in non-profit leadership, women and girl’s empowerment, and more. Additionally, Helen is an Adjunct Professor at Montclair State University and holds various roles in organizations such as the State of New Jersey, League of Women Voters, and AAUW. With a background in social work and a commitment to social change, Helen is actively involved in advocating for women, girls, and marginalized communities.
