Melissa Kucharski

Melissa Kucharski is currently a Senior Customer Success Manager at LeagueApps. Prior to this, they were Regional Director, Employer Fitness and Wellness at EXOS from March 2015 to September 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading and supporting strategic day-to-day operations, programming and launch initiatives for teams in the field delivering and implementing EXOS's methodology and products. Melissa was also responsible for acting as a liaison between internal departments, client stakeholders and external partners through all contract, implementation and adoption phases to assure cohesiveness and successfully execute promised deliverables. In addition, they developed and preserved client and partner relationships while providing a holistic approach to meeting their desired long term and short term goals. Melissa utilized data driven results to identify best practices and areas of growth or scaling to optimize efficiency, increase profit margins and program engagement.

Previously, Melissa was a Health Fitness Specialist at EXOS|MediFit from May 2013 to April 2015. In this role, they helped people achieve their health and fitness goals through exercise prescription and guidance, as well as providing support and education on healthy lifestyle choices.

Before that, Melissa was a Personal Trainer & Front Desk Manager at Spectrum Athletic Clubs from August 2010 to April 2013. In this role, they provided one-on-one personal training to clients of all ages and fitness levels, as well as managing the front desk operations of the club.

Melissa began their career as a Personal Trainer at Northern Arizona University from November 2007 to May 2010. In this role, they worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels to help them reach their fitness goals through individualized exercise programs.

Melissa Kucharski has a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences: Community Health from Northern Arizona University. Melissa is certified as an EXOS Fitness Specialist and a TRX Group Training instructor. Melissa is also certified by the American Council on Exercise as a Primary Group Exercise instructor and by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) as a Certified Personal Trainer. Additionally, they are CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region.

They are on a team with Chantal Celestin - Customer Success Manager, Melissa Concalves - Director, Customer Success Management, and Josephine Cunanan - Customer Success Specialist. Melissa Kucharski reports to Zach Boisi, VP, Customer Success.
