Dominic Desmarais

Dominic Desmarais is the Director Lean Construction at Graham. Dominic is also the Co-Editor of the Lean Construction Journal at Lean Construction Institute (US) and a Founding Board Member at Lean Design & Construction Canada. Previously, Dominic served as the General Manager, Industrial Division at MasTec Canada and as the Director Lean, BIM/VDC and Sustainability at Clark Builders. Dominic also held roles such as Director of Design, Engineering and Manufacturing at Civeo North America and as a Machinist/Toolmaker at BGB Machine Works. Dominic's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in production systems design from École de technologie supérieure.
