Hollie Jensen

Hollie Jensen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and performance improvement, currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Performance Improvement at Alaska Airlines since December 2019. Additionally, Hollie has been a faculty member at the Lean Enterprise Institute since April 2014, teaching essential Lean coursework. Previous roles include Director of Continuous Improvement for the State of Washington, where Hollie led a team to implement statewide Lean transformations, and various positions at Starbucks, including Corporate Lean Strategy Manager, where significant contributions were made to Starbucks' Lean transformation journey.
