Mark Reich

Mark Reich is a seasoned professional in lean management and operations, currently serving as a Senior Lean Coach at the Lean Enterprise Institute since November 2011, where responsibilities include oversight for Co-Learning Partners and support for education, events, and customer engagement. Previously, Mark held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Director of Strategy and Operations at the Lean Enterprise Institute, managing overall operations and educational initiatives. Mark's extensive experience at Toyota, spanning over two decades, includes roles such as General Manager of the Toyota Supplier Support Center, Assistant General Manager in Corporate Strategy, and Manager focused on the Toyota Production System, demonstrating a strong background in strategic planning and operational excellence. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Ohio Wesleyan University.
