Monte Mitchell

Monte Mitchell is an experienced professional in operations and management consulting, currently serving as a Faculty Lean Coach at the Lean Enterprise Institute since April 2023. As President of Fourtre Consulting since October 2006, Monte leads a global consulting firm focused on operational excellence. Monte's background includes a managerial role at Toyota Motor Corporation from 1988 to 2006, where training was completed at the Operation and Management Development Division. Additionally, Monte has experience with New United Motors Manufacturing Inc. during the GM/Toyota joint venture and at Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America. Monte holds educational credentials from Post University in Waterbury, CT.
