Kristin Bourgeois

Kristin Bourgeois, M.Ed., has extensive experience in the field of education, particularly in special education. Currently serving as an Educational Diagnostician at Leander ISD since August 2010, Kristin previously held roles as a Special Education Teacher at Joshua ISD from August 2006 to June 2010 and at Vidor Independent School District from August 2000 to July 2001, among other teaching positions. Kristin began a career in education as a Special Education Teacher at Little Cypress Mauriceville CISD from August 2001 to July 2004 and as a General Education Teacher at Vidor Independent School District from August 2004 to July 2006. Kristin holds a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from Lamar University, earned between June 2020 and May 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences, obtained from Lamar University from January 1996 to August 2000.
