Harry Gruben

Harry Gruben is an experienced professional with a strong background in lean management and operations. Currently serving as the Directeur and eigenaar at LeanENT BV since June 2018, Harry also collaborates with Toyota Material Handling Nederland as a lean partner. Previous roles include Group Director Operations at SOLIDUS SOLUTIONS, where responsibility encompassed nine sites in multiple countries, and Directeur Marketing & Innovatie at Koninklijke Auping bv, overseeing various aspects of brand and product management. Involvement in the Lean Management Network as a bestuurslid underscores a commitment to enhancing the competitiveness of the Dutch industry through lean methodologies. With earlier experience at SCANIA in various managerial positions, substantial expertise in internal logistics and production management has been developed. Harry Gruben holds a degree from the University of Twente and possesses extensive experience in driving operational improvements across diverse sectors.
