Lotta Olkinuora

Lotta Olkinuora is currently the Head of Customer Success at LeanLab.co, where customers and users are actively involved in developing and improving services, products, and experiences. Prior to this role, Lotta held positions such as Global Insight Lead and Manager at Digitalist Group & Network, Insight Manager at InterQuest Oy, and Assistant Client Manager at RAM. Lotta also gained valuable work experience at companies like Millward Brown and BBC, and completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Russian & East European Civilisations at the University of Nottingham.
