Elena Koneva

Elena Koneva has been in the professional workforce since 2013. Elena began as an English Teacher for BRITANICA in 2013. In 2014, they joined Ingram Micro as a Global Cloud Microsoft Coordinator and a Sales Support Associate Cloud. In 2019, they moved to Micro Focus as a Sales Operations CMT Support Specialist CEE. Currently, they are an Account Manager and a Contract Renewal Specialist at Leanplum (a CleverTap company), where their role includes ensuring timely renewal success and execution, as well as processing renewals in accordance with contractual terms and company policy.

Elena Koneva holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish Philology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
