Sushma Ponnuru

Sushma Ponnuru has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2008 when they completed a Summer Student Internship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. In 2009, they completed a Student Internship at Vijay Electricals Ltd. In 2011, they began working at Dollar Tree Stores as an Operations Assistant Manager, and was promoted to Merchandise Assistant Manager and then Store Manager. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at a number of companies, including Home Health Resource Group, Workforce Housing, Inc., TrustArc, Advance Social Innovation, and Kumu Networks, in various roles such as Human Resources Assistant, OD Startup Launch Intern, Human Resources Intern, and Human Resources Coordinator. In 2018, they began working at TrustArc again, this time as an HR & Recruiting Coordinator. In 2019, they began working at Leanplum, where they have held the roles of HR Ops Intern, HR Administrator, HR Ops & Analytics Specialist, and Manager, People Operations & Analytics.

Sushma Ponnuru has a diverse educational background. Sushma received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Loyola Institute of Technology and Management in 2017. Sushma then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University Canada West. In 2018, they completed a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Sushma is currently in the process of pursuing a Master's degree in Organization & Leadership from the University of San Francisco. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, Learning Excel: Data Analysis in March 2022, and People Analytics in July 2021.
