Scott Million

Scott Million currently serves as the Group VP of Finance and HR at LEAP Group, overseeing finance and human resources functions across the organization and its network of Midwest agencies since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as EVP of Product at Electronic Verification Systems, where Scott managed product development and corporate strategy targeting small to mid-size businesses. Scott has held various positions at LEAP, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Technology, where responsibilities ranged from project execution and client management to leading research and analytics initiatives. Earlier in Scott's career, roles included Data Analyst at Eagle Group International and Personnel Information Systems Management Specialist in the U.S. Army, complemented by experience in customer financial services at National City Bank. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Campbellsville University.
