Phillip Huynh

Phillip Huynh is a Congressional Fellow in the Office of Rep. Ami Bera (CA-6) at the U.S. House of Representatives since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Program Specialist and Program Coordinator at LEAP (Leadership Education For Asian Pacifics) from November 2022, a Canvasser for Katie Porter for Congress from September to November 2022, and internships at the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) and Purplely in 2022. Earlier experience also includes an internship at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and serving as a College of Letters & Science Senator for the Associated Students of UC Santa Barbara, where Phillip also held the position of Director of Communications. Phillip Huynh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UC Santa Barbara in June 2022.
