Kartik Ramkumar possesses extensive experience in customer success and management, currently serving as a Patient Success Manager at leapcure since June 2020. Prior to this role, Kartik held significant positions at VAMONDE as Director of Customer Success and Customer Success Manager from October 2018 to June 2020, and worked at McMaster-Carr in various roles including Operations & Project Supervisor and Learning and Development Supervisor from July 2016 to August 2018. Kartik's early career includes serving as an Operations Associate at The Cornell Store and various internships in consulting, process development, and business analysis. Kartik holds a Master's degree in Information Design and Strategy from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, with additional master's level education from Georgetown University.
