Rashmi Hurst

Rashmi Hurst has extensive work experience in digital marketing and analytics. Rashmi currently holds the position of Vice President of Digital Experience at LEAP Agency since September 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Analytics + Insight, where they provided clients with actionable insights and developed processes for digital marketing setup and tracking. Rashmi also worked as a Senior Marketing Analyst at LEAP Agency, where they supported various digital marketing channels. Before joining LEAP Agency, Rashmi worked at Bardstown Mills as a Marketing Communications Analyst from October 2014 to September 2017. Rashmi also gained experience as a Product Marketing Analyst at Oracle from May 2013 to September 2014.

Rashmi Hurst earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Analysis and Communication Studies (Honors) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Rashmi pursued this degree from 2009 to 2013.
