Desiree Tyler

Desiree Tyler has a diverse range of experience in human resources and employee experience roles. Desiree is currently working as the Interim Head of People at LeapXpert, a company that specializes in secure communication platforms. Previously, they held positions at Vizrt, a global leader in real-time 3D graphics and media tools, where they served as the Global HR Partner/VP of Employee Experience and later as the Employee Experience Director for the Americas. Before that, they worked as the U.S. People Director at Hall & Partners, a brand consulting agency, and as the Vice President of People and Culture at UrbanDaddy, a digital media brand. Earlier in their career, they held HR positions at WRNN-TV / Verizon FiOS 1 News, Interactive One, and Heavy.

Desiree Tyler obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Michigan.
