Manoj Paradkar

VP of Customer Success at LeapXpert

Manoj Paradkar has over 25 years of work experience in the IT and telecom industry. In 1995, they began their career as Manager at Network Solutions India Pvt Ltd, where they delivered voice and data network infrastructure solutions to various enterprise customers and was instrumental in setting up telecom infrastructure projects for contact centers. In 2001, they moved to Intel Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd where they worked as a Senior Consulting Engineer. In 2002, they joined Aspect Software as Director of Project Services, where they launched new initiatives that increased customer engagement value and consistently achieved services revenue targets. In 2011, they joined BT as Head of Transition and Transformation, AMEA, where they were responsible for helping large enterprises with their global digital transformation and was a P&L owner. In 2019, they moved to Arkadin as Director of Advanced Services, APAC, and then to NTT as Director Advanced Services, Cloud Communications APAC. Currently, they are working as VP of Customer Success at LeapXpert.

Manoj Paradkar has completed a Bachelor of Science from Bangalore University between 1989 and 1992, a Master of Project Management from the University of Adelaide between 2008 and 2009, and an Executive Master of Business Administration - EMBA from Nanyang Technological University Singapore between 2018 and 2019, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
