Sierra Espinosa

Sierra Espinosa is a Venture Impact Data Analyst at Learn, having started in August 2023. Previously, Sierra served as a Policy Consultant for the Campaign for Our Shared Future and worked as a Senior Data & Operations Associate at the National Education Equity Lab. Sierra's experience includes a role as a Leadership for Educational Equity Public Policy Fellow with the Los Angeles Unified School District and as a Policy Consultant and Research Analyst for the Urban Leaders Fellowship. Sierra began their career as an Elementary School Teacher with Teach For America and held a Project Coordinator Intern position at EduDream. Sierra's early experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, focusing on educational research for low-income families. Sierra holds a degree from the University of Chicago.
