Chris Neale

Chris Neale has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Chris is currently the Chief Operating Officer at learndirect Limited, where they lead a team to ensure a top-notch learner journey. Prior to this, Neale worked at QA Ltd as a Delivery Director, Transformation Director, and Chief Operating Officer, where they oversaw the growth of the apprenticeships business and implemented operational controls and best practices. Chris also worked at TRL as a Business Unit Manager, successfully integrating an acquisition and turning it into a successful business. Neale held multiple roles at RM plc, including Head of Information Systems and Head of Operations, where they were responsible for systems, IT, development, hosting, and infrastructure across the RM group. Chris also worked as a Group Leader at RM Education, managing customer support teams and establishing a commercial focus. Furthermore, Neale served as an Offshore Group Leader at RM Education Solutions India, managing diverse teams and meeting service level agreements. Earlier in their career, they managed IT Managed Services across multiple sites and implemented an apprenticeship scheme at RM Education. Neale also held positions at Capita .ict and Vartec Telecom Europe, where they were involved in software migration and broadband support.

Chris Neale has a diverse education history. Chris first attended the University of Northampton from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems. Following this, from 2008 to 2013, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, they completed a Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations at the University of Leicester. Additionally, Chris Neale has acquired a certification in the Cranfield General Management Programme from the University of Cranfield, although the specific dates of obtaining this certification are not provided.
