Melanie Stone

Melanie Stone is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in literacy instruction and curriculum development. Currently serving as the ELA Coordinator for Project ARISE at the San Diego County Office of Education, Melanie translates research-based literacy practices into effective classroom applications through professional development and targeted adult learning. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego, Melanie prepares future educators by emphasizing individualized and accessible learning strategies. Previously, in the role of Associate Learning Designer at Aula, Melanie developed pedagogy-first online courses for higher education, collaborating closely with subject matter experts.
