Jake Hazeldine

Jake Hazeldine has a strong background in IT and project management. Jake began their career at Logica in 1998, where they worked as a Developer and Project Manager, leading projects for international banks. Jake then moved into transition management, overseeing the successful transition of projects and services to lower-cost locations. In 2004, Jake joined CGI and took on the role of Offshore Operations Manager in Bangalore, where they managed a large delivery center. Jake later became a Transformation Manager, helping to design and implement LogicaCMG's Global Outsourcing Division. In 2007, Jake returned to Logica as the Transition & Shared Services Delivery Director, leading the setup of Global Finance Shared Service Centers across multiple countries. Jake then joined CGI again in 2011, first as a Programmes Delivery Director, overseeing IT projects in the Transport and Commercial sectors, and then as the Payroll Shared Services Director, overseeing payroll services for numerous clients. Jake's most recent position is as the Group CIO at learndirect Limited, where they are responsible for overseeing all IT functions within the company.

Jake Hazeldine has a comprehensive education history. Jake obtained an MSc in Information Systems from the University of Liverpool, starting in 1987 and completing it in 1998. In 1994, they also earned a BSc in Maths from the same university, concluding their studies in 1997. Later, from 2004 to 2008, Jake pursued an MBA from The Open University. Additionally, they hold certifications such as "Innovating with Data and Google Cloud" and "Introduction to Digital Transformation with Google Cloud," both obtained from Google in December 2021.
