Dr. Martaluz Pozo

Dr. Martaluz Pozo currently serves as the State Contract Manager at Learning Ally, where responsibilities include managing workforce development research studies and implementing programs for opportunity youth, as well as developing pre-apprenticeship pilot programs in collaboration with educational institutions. Previous experience encompasses the role of Manager of Youth Programs at TechBridge, Inc., where similar workforce development initiatives were executed. Dr. Pozo also worked as an Organization Manager at DRMP Consulting, LLC, and provided consultancy services in educational technology and data analysis at Renaissance Learning. An accomplished educator, Dr. Pozo held the position of Assistant Principal at Villa Madonna School, managing operations and leading strategic initiatives to enhance student achievement. Academically, Dr. Pozo holds a Doctorate of Education in Instructional Leadership from Argosy University and additional qualifications in Education and Educational Leadership from the University of Tampa and National Louis University.
