Lead Community Strategist at Learning Ally

Elizabeth Zwerg has a diverse work experience, starting as a Research, Marketing, and Fundraising Intern at PeaceTones in 2012. Elizabeth then transitioned to roles in education, serving as an Elementary School Teacher in Dallas Independent School District and later as an Elementary School Teacher/Curriculum Writer & Developer at Richardson Independent School District. In 2013, they took on the role of a Volunteer Community Manager at The Solo Female Traveler Network, where they successfully grew the online community. Most recently, they held positions at Learning Ally, first as an Educator Community Manager and then as the Lead Community Strategist, driving transformative initiatives and achieving significant milestones.

Elizabeth Zwerg pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from the University of North Texas from 2007 to 2011. Elizabeth then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they obtained their certification as a Licensed Texas Mediator from the Texas Association of Mediators. In 2018, they obtained a certification as a Generalist in Early Childhood to 6th grade from the Texas Education Agency.
