Judah Butler

Judah Butler possesses extensive experience in franchise performance and operations, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Performance and Director of Operations at Subway since August 2017. In addition to these roles, Judah has held positions such as Sr. Manager of Global Learning and Development, Global Curriculum Development Manager, Senior Learning Experience Designer, and Learning Experience Designer at Subway. Judah's professional journey also includes a current role as Training Technology Specialist at Learning Dynamics and an internship there. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant in Student Services at the University of New Haven and as Lead Program Liaison at HAI Group. Judah held the position of President of Psi Chi: The International Honor Society in Psychology from May 2014 to May 2015. Judah earned a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Science from Central Connecticut State University.
