Michelle Bowman

Michelle Bowman, Ed.D., serves as the Senior Vice President of Networks & Continuous Improvement at Learning Forward since September 2015, where strategic management of innovative learning networks and professional development redesign is a primary focus. Previously, Michelle held the role of Executive Director of Professional Learning at Lewisville ISD, providing specialized leadership and support for instructional services while collaborating with district professionals. With extensive experience in various educational roles, including Director of Professional Learning and Dean of Instruction, Michelle has contributed significantly to the field of education through the advancement of communities of practice and tailored professional learning initiatives for educators. Michelle holds a Doctor of Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University, a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from the University of North Texas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics/Education from the University of Iowa.
