Swati Nayak

Swati Nayak has a diverse range of work experience. Swati started their career as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Shantiniketan School in 2011. Swati then worked as a Project Coordinator at EKLAVYA NGO from May 2011 to July 2012. Swati later joined the Kaivalya Education Foundation, where they initially served as a Program Leader, leading a team of fellows, empowering headmasters of 34 schools, and working with government officials. Swati then took on the role of Quality Assurance Manager from July 2015 to April 2017, where they focused on evaluating and monitoring the pedagogy in schools. Swati's most recent role was as Academic Head at the Learning Links Foundation from January 2018.
