Currently, Mike serves as the Director of Customer Success at LearningMate and also holds the position of Director and Principal Advisor at 3V Consultancy Limited. With experience in overseeing key support functions such as HR, ICT, and student services, Mike has demonstrated expertise in aligning and developing critical operational areas within various organizations. Additionally, Mike has a strong background in ICT strategy and transformation, having contributed to significant investment projects during their time at The University of Hull.
