Alina Gonzalez has a background in education, with experience as a Teacher in school districts before transitioning to the customer success field. Currently, Alina holds the position of Manager of Customer Success Operations at Renaissance Learning, where Alina oversees customer engagement strategies and team management. Prior to this, Alina worked at Illuminate Education, Inc. for several years in various roles such as Executive Customer Success Manager and Area Vice President of Customer Success - West. Alina has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Multiple Subject Credential in Elementary Education and Teaching from UC San Diego and California State University, Fresno respectively.
