Karina Ojeda Palacios

Karina Ojeda Palacios currently serves as Trainer Manager and Global Mobility Coordinator for Learnlight, where responsibilities include coordinating approximately 200 language courses monthly for UK and international clients, managing trainer payments and onboarding, and organizing language courses for main assignees and their families. As a business owner of Natural Blends Ecuador since 2014, Karina oversees product research and development, raw material purchasing, manufacturing of cosmetic lines, direct sales, and marketing efforts. Prior experience includes serving as a Non-Immigrant Visa Assistant for the U.S. Department of State, providing customer service and processing visa applications, and holding positions in hospitality, such as Overnight Supervisor at Nine Zero Hotel and Spa Receptionist at Kingsmill Resort. Karina holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Endicott College, as well as an Associate's degree from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland, all focused on hospitality and business management.
