Natasha Arreaza is a seasoned program manager currently serving in the Program Management Office at Learnlight since February 2020. Previously, Natasha held the position of Atención al cliente at Sitel Group, where responsibility included mediating property damage cases for Airbnb from February 2017 to October 2019. Natasha also contributed to academia as a university professor at Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, teaching Marketing and Advertising courses from September 2016 to February 2017. Early career experience includes serving as a Community Manager at Cueva Social, where strategic communication planning for brand visibility was executed from September 2014 to January 2015. Natasha holds a degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Advertising from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, obtained between 2009 and 2014, as well as a high school diploma from Colegio Ibero-Americano.
