Håkon Kindem

Håkon Kindem is a Co-Founder at Tycho Space Technologies AS, focusing on small satellite payload development since January 2022. Concurrently, Håkon serves as a Private Tutor at Learnlink and has experience as an Embedded Software Developer for Eidsvoll Electronics AS, where I2C, GPIO, and CAN drivers were developed in C on the Zephyr RTOS during a summer internship. Previously, Håkon led the Systems Engineering team at Orbit NTNU from December 2017 to June 2022, acting as the principal mission and systems architect for the SelfieSat and FramSat-1 CubeSat missions. As CTO of Orbit NTNU, Håkon introduced continuous improvement principles and explored emerging project opportunities. Håkon was also a founder of Orbit NTNU in 2018, contributing to the organization's goal-setting and funding efforts. Additional experience includes a summer internship at Space Norway and military service in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Håkon holds a Master's degree in Electronic Systems Design & Innovation from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), expected to complete in 2023.
