Morgan Leskody

Morgan Leskody has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2020, Morgan joined LearnSkin as a Customer Success and Sales Manager, where they promoted scientific research and treatment options in dermatology. They were later promoted to Communications Manager and then Director of Communications in 2023.

Prior to that, Morgan worked at STAR Academy from 2016 to 2020 as an ESL Educator and Curriculum Development specialist. They co-authored various training materials, curriculum, pamphlets, and marketing materials, and developed curriculum that resulted in a 100% pass rate.

From 2015 to 2016, Morgan worked at HESS International Educational Organization as an EFL and ESL Educator, achieving 100% of set goals in courses and introducing education goals and metrics for students. They also aided in developing major annual extracurricular activities and events.

Before transitioning into the education field, Morgan worked at Nordstrom from 2011 to 2015. They started as a Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative, consistently meeting sales goals and providing excellent customer service. They then became an Assistant Department Manager and eventually Department Manager, overseeing staff, logistics, and sales goals for multiple departments. Morgan developed strong relationships with vendors, customers, and the company through effective communication and event hosting.

Additionally, Morgan has prior marketing experience. They worked as a Marketing Manager for Home Buddies Roseville from 2010 to 2011 and as a Marketing Intern from 2009 to 2010. They also had a PR Marketing Internship at Sierra College in 2008.

Morgan Leskody pursued higher education and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International and Intercultural Communication from California State University-Sacramento between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Morgan attended Sierra College to attain an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Sociology.
