Pernilla Novais has had a varied and successful career, beginning with their role as a Stuntwoman at Stunts Unlimited in 1998. In 2008, they became the Training Manager at Cogmed Working Memory Training, where they were responsible for developing and providing computerized working memory training. In 2011, they moved to Pearson Clinical Assessment UK, where they served as the Customer Service Manager. In 2016, they became the Cogmed Product Specialist at Pearson Clinical Assessment UK. In 2017, they joined Experis Sweden as a Senior Sales Representative. Finally, in 2019, they became the Customer Success Manager at Learnster.

Pernilla Novais has a diverse educational background, having studied various fields since 2005. Pernilla attended Stockholm University from 2005 to 2007, studying Pedagogik and Idrottspsykologi.
