Jovana Ilijašević

Jovana Ilijašević has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jovana started their career in 2010 as a Project Assistant at Central European Development Forum CEDEF. In the same year, they joined Hewlett-Packard as a Commercial Software Sales Specialist.

In 2012, Jovana moved to Teri Engineering where they worked as an IT Sales Manager until 2015. Jovana then transitioned to Vip mobile d.o.o. as a Postpaid & SOHO/SME Product Manager for a brief period of three months.

Jovana'snext role was at EneTel Solutions d.o.o. where they served as a Business Development Manager from June 2015 to May 2016. Following this, Jovana joined TeleGroup Ltd in May 2016 as a Software Sales Manager. In February 2017, they were promoted to the role of Head of Product Management, responsible for leading a team of Product Managers and aligning the company's offering with market requirements. Jovana held this position until April 2019 when they became a Digital Transformation Consultant.

Jovana's most recent work experience is at LearnUpon, where they joined as a Product Manager in November 2020. Jovana progressed to the role of Product Operations Manager in May 2021 and further elevated to the position of Group Manager, Product Operations in January 2022. Jovana is currently employed by LearnUpon in this role.

Throughout their career, Jovana has gained expertise in product management, sales, business development, and digital transformation.

Jovana Ilijašević began their education in 2005 at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Technology. Jovana successfully completed their undergraduate studies in 2009.

Continuing their education at the same institution, Jovana enrolled in the Master's program in Operational Research and Computational Statistics in 2009 and completed their studies in 2010.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jovana has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2019, they achieved the "Cloud Management Sales Foundations" certification from IBM. In 2016, they earned the "Cloud Star Associate" certification, also from IBM, as well as the "HP Sales Certified - Fortify Security Solutions [2014]" certification from Pearson VUE.

Some of Jovana's earlier certifications include "Introduction to Selling Servers Storage Network" in 2014, "HP Sales Certified - Selling Vertica Big Data Solutions" in 2014, "HP Advanced Sales Certified - ITPS Operations Solutions" in 2013, "HP Sales Certified - IT Service Management" in 2013, "HP Sales Certified - IT Performance Suite" in 2013, "HP Sales Certified - Application Lifecycle Management" in 2012, and "ITIL® V3 Foundation" in 2011.

Most recently, in 2019, Jovana obtained the "Certified Digital Transformation Expert" certification from WIFI Austria Certification Body.
