Artemis Karadimas

Artemis Karadimas has a solid work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at LearnWorlds, starting in July 2021. Before that, Artemis worked as a Client Services Team Leader and a Client Services Executive at Sopro from May 2021 to July 2021 and from May 2020 to April 2021, respectively. They also gained experience as an Administration Support at Alfred Health from September 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, Artemis worked as a Customer Success Manager at RMP Enterprise from June 2018 to August 2019. At Collinson, they held various roles including Account Executive from January 2018 to June 2018, Corporate Assistance Coordinator from July 2016 to December 2017, and Medical Assistance Coordinator from June 2015 to July 2016. Lastly, Artemis worked as a Sales Team Lead at DC Servicing (Sussex) Limited from September 2011 to January 2015.

Artemis Karadimas has a diverse education history with a focus on human resources management, childhood and youth studies, psychology, media studies, and photography. They obtained a CIPD HRM Level 5 degree in Human Resources Management and Services from ICS Learn, which is expected to be completed in 2022. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Childhood and Youth Studies from the University of Portsmouth, spanning from 2012 to 2015.

Artemis also pursued A-levels in multiple subjects. From 2011 to 2013, they studied Psychology and Media Studies at Crawley College. Additionally, they completed an A-level in Photography from Crawley College spanning from 2009 to 2011.

Their educational journey began at Oathall Community College, where they obtained 10 GCSEs with grades ranging from A to C, covering various subjects from 2004 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Artemis earned certifications in customer success management. They obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in June 2021 and a CCSM Level 2 certification in April 2023.
