Dave McKenna

Dave McKenna is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and technology sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Monarch Real Estate Partners since February 2023, McKenna also holds advisory roles at LEASERA and Light Line Delivery Corp., while acting as Principal at Turtle Bay Ventures. Previously, McKenna was Chief Executive Officer at CounterFind, where a SaaS platform was developed to combat counterfeit merchandise. As CEO and Vice Chairman at ResMan Property Management Software from 2015 to 2020, McKenna drove significant revenue growth and product development strategy. McKenna's background includes senior positions at SYNCADD Systems Inc. and RealPage, Inc., where McKenna led initiatives in SaaS implementation and military housing solutions, respectively. McKenna holds an MBA from Babson College and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.
