Cristal Peña has a strong background in various roles and industries. Cristal began their career as a Teacher's Assistant at Logan Early Education Center in 2008, where they focused on direct communication with parents and leading curriculum lessons. In 2010, they pursued an internship at UCLA with A Better Chance Non-Profit Organization, where they contributed to developing databases and building relationships with donors and supporting organizations. Later that year, they joined Los Angeles Sightseeing Tours / GTS Charter as a Project Manager, responsible for managing customer relations, overseeing cash flow, and coordinating events. In 2013, they became the Chief Administrative Officer at LeaseVille, overseeing a team of 15 and handling various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. Cristal'skey responsibilities included conducting employee reviews, providing training programs, formulating sales strategies, delegating assignments, and setting goals. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Cristal Peña completed their education at Pacific Palisades Charter High School, where they received their High School Diploma in General Studies. Cristal also attended Los Angeles City College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies. Additionally, Cristal obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of California in August 2022.
