René Ceslik has been working for Leaseweb Deutschland GmbH since July 2014 and since January 2021. He is the Manager Customer Care. Together with his team, he is responsible for efficiently taking in and solving any kind of customer request. Customer satisfaction is tightly connected to quick response times and reliable solutions. Together with the first and second level support team he is responsible for quick and reliable support.
