Matt Rodriguez has a diverse range of work experience in the retail industry. Matt is currently working at Leatherology as the Associate Manager of Retail & Experiences - Global, where they are responsible for overseeing physical retail growth initiatives, generating new revenue streams, and planning a showroom for the Asian market. Matt also manages the Customer Care team, PR seeding and press communications, as well as brand collaborations and events throughout the US. Prior to Leatherology, Matt worked at Marchon Eyewear as a Regional Manager and Territory Manager, and at Johnston & Murphy, Christofle, Gucci, Michael Kors, and Coach in various store management and sales roles.
