Gavin Ng

Gavin is a Director and leads the Consulting, Strategy & Transformation and Private Equity/Venture Capital Practices in Asia. Gavin was most recently leading True’s Greater China business based in Shanghai where he specialised in leadership searches for consumer, technology, and software portfolio companies of leading global and Asia mid-cap private equity and venture capital firms. Prior to True, Gavin was the China Country Lead of HI Executive Consulting and led their professional services practice across Asia Pacific having set up his own search boutique specializing in management consulting.

Before moving into executive search Gavin spent time in industry with Kearney and Roland Berger. Gavin brings an impressive track record, network and reputation having successfully delivered for clients across a range of complex search assignments and functional leadership roles in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and wider Southeast Asia. Originally from Hong Kong, Gavin is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and conversational Thai.
