Lisa Zonino

Lisa Zonino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent advisory roles across various corporate functions, including risk, compliance, human resources, and finance. Currently serving as a Partner at Leathwaite since November 2021, Lisa previously held the position of Partner at Egon Zehnder for nearly a decade. Additional roles include EVP of Human Resources at CIT and Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. Lisa began their career at Banker Trust as an Executive Director and worked as a Consultant at Egon Zehnder earlier in their career. Academic achievements include an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and an AB in Economics and Psychology from Smith College.
