Yara Zakka

Yara Zakka is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, program coordination, and partnership management. Currently serving as a Research Consultant at the International Network for Aid, Relief and Assistance (INARA) and a Country Program Coordinator for the NewGen Fellowship at the Arab Council for the Social Sciences (ACSS), Yara develops program offerings in the social sciences and facilitates connections for fellows with research opportunities. As a Visiting Fellow and Research Affiliate at Lebanese American University, Yara contributes to migration studies research. Previous roles include Partnerships Officer at Right to Play Lebanon, Programme Officer at UNICEF, and Assistant District Commissioner at the Lebanese Scout Association, demonstrating a strong commitment to social development and community engagement. Yara holds a Master of Arts in Migration Studies and a Bachelor of Architecture from Lebanese American University.
