Natalie Watson has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Natalie began their career in 2009 as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Biffa Waste Services Ltd, where they provided management information and built reports and dashboards. In 2011, they joined eBay as a Cross Border Trade Analyst, where they discovered and communicated deep insights for non-technical audiences and provided analytical support to the business unit. Natalie later transitioned to the role of Search Analyst, focusing on product analytics and A/B testing. In 2015, Natalie moved to Guardian News & Media as a Strategic Insights Manager, managing a team of analysts and supporting commercial teams. Their responsibilities included coaching and professional development and developing a positive team culture. In 2017, they joined Lebara as Head of Insights, managing a team of analysts and merging offline and online data to provide end-to-end visibility of the customer journey. Currently, they are working at PayPal as a Product Analytics Manager.

Natalie Watson earned their M.Sci Honours degree in Natural Sciences (Mathematics and Physics) from The University of Durham, Grey College. Natalie completed their studies at the university between 2003 and 2007.
