Tom S.

Tom S. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tom is currently working at Lebara as the Head of Data Governance since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Close Brothers as a Data Management Lead from September 2021 to March 2023. In this role, they were responsible for implementing a data management framework aligned to DAMA and developing a data quality strategy.

Before Close Brothers, Tom worked at Pay.UK as an Analytics and Governance Lead from an unknown start date to September 2021. In this role, they reported to the CEO, COO, CTO, and CSO and oversaw the provision of all analytics. Tom also created a knowledge-sharing environment and developed a data strategy for the analytics team.

In addition to these roles, Tom also has previous experience as a Business Advisor at Young Enterprise UK from January 2019 to December 2020, and in various other jobs while studying from May 2008 to June 2014.

Tom S. pursued their education in a field related to Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Aston University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Woking College from 2010 to 2011, where they acquired a BTEC in Business.
