Saverio Lazzaroni

Saverio Lazzaroni has extensive work experience in the field of data and analytics. Saverio is currently working as a Data & Analytics Manager at SDG Group since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Managing Consultant at Capgemini from February 2017 to May 2022, where their main responsibilities included data architectures, data models, ETL framework definition, and data quality and lineage management. Before joining Capgemini, Saverio worked as a Project Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from November 2015 to January 2017. Saverio also held various positions at HP, including Project Manager from September 2013 to October 2015 and Technology Consultant from September 2006 to August 2013. Additionally, they gained experience as a Consultant at The Technology Partners and as a Software Engineer at Gruppo SET.

Saverio Lazzaroni's education history begins in 1995 when they graduated from Technical Institute E. Majorana with a high-school graduation diploma in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician. Saverio then attended Università degli Studi di Bergamo from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Saverio has obtained various certifications. Saverio received the Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert certification from Oracle in April 2011. Later, in October 2016, they completed the PRINCE2 Foundation in Project Management course offered by AXELOS Global Best Practice. In December 2016, they obtained the Big Data Foundations - Level 1 certificate from IBM. Saverio further enhanced their skills by earning the Hadoop Foundations - Level 1 certificate from IBM in January 2017.

Continuing their professional development, Saverio obtained several certifications related to data management and cloud technologies in recent years. In October 2020, they completed the Data Governance & Privacy Foundation course provided by Informatica. In July 2021, they acquired the Cloud Data Warehouse & Data Lake Modernization Foundation certification from the same institution. The following November, Saverio successfully completed the AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials course offered by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Lastly, in December 2022, they obtained the Irion EDM® Designer Foundation certification from Irion.
