Duston Postert has been working in the employee benefits field for over a decade. Starting at Webb and Greer Insurance in 2007, Duston worked their way up to Vice President of Employee Benefits. Duston then went on to work at USI Insurance Services as the Vice President of Employee Benefits before joining LeBaron & Carroll, LLC as an Employee Benefits Specialist. Duston partners with firms to develop cost-effective employee benefit programs on both a local and national scale. Duston's education includes attending the University of Phoenix.
