Renaud Kilby

Renaud Kilby started their work experience in 2005, with roles at Kraft Foods Group and Bushnell Performance Optics. Renaud then worked at sanofi-aventis from 2006 to 2010, where they held positions as Reporting and Scorecard Controler, New Product Manager, and Project Manager Business Support. In 2011, Renaud joined Lectra as a Corporate Financial Controller. Renaud later became the Finance Manager for Australia & New Zealand and then the Sales and Operations Director for the same region. Renaud's responsibilities included managing operations, driving new opportunities, developing and supporting teams, improving subsidiary performance, and cultivating relationships with partners. Renaud also had experience in accounting, administration, budgetary exercises, business performance analysis, and corporate integration. Renaud's achievements include regionalizing Finance & Admin functions and transferring local activities to centralized teams.

Renaud Kilby obtained a Master's degree in Finance, specializing in management control and internal auditing, from the Université Paris Nanterre. Later, they pursued further studies and completed a diploma in Project Management from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
