Davina Morris

Davina Morris, SPHR®, has extensive work experience in human resources and talent development. Their most recent role was as the Director of HR at Lectric eBikes. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Talent Development at Caliber Companies. Davina also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Integrity Capital and as the Director of Human Resources at both Yeager Marketing and Vi. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in recruiting at P.F. Chang's China Bistro and worked in human resources roles at Quanta Services, Inc., Infrasource, Inc., and Ensynch, Inc. Davina has a demonstrated track record of success in managing HR functions and developing talent within organizations.

Davina Morris, SPHR®, earned a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Arizona State University in 2005. Davina then obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix in 2007. In 2015, Davina obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Unconscious Bias and Delivering Employee Feedback from LinkedIn in 2020.
