Bekele Abera

Bekele Abera, MD, is a medical professional and educator currently serving as a Medical Doctor and Lecturer at Ambo University since April 2024. In addition, Bekele holds the position of Country Project Coordinator at Lecturio since June 2023, overseeing project coordination and medical sales services for an international medical e-learning platform. Prior experience includes roles as a Medical Doctor at Bule Hora University, ORHB, and Raaso Hospital, as well as an Ambassador for Lecturio DE. Additionally, Bekele completed a medical internship at Tikur Anbessa Specialized Hospital and has held leadership positions as Student Union President and Student Council President at Addis Ababa University. Bekele earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Addis Ababa University, with studies extending from September 2015 to October 2022.
